We "trinite beaute" are one of the Herbal Face Food(TM) distributor in Japan. We help people who would like to buy Herbal Face Food(TM) products from America.

We help you to order by receiving orders from our website until 25th of the month, and deliver to your house directly from America in the middle of next mont you place the order.

We decided NOT to import Herbal Face Food(TM) products by ourselves for now. This is because the Herbal Face Food(TM) products are World's first "100% organic plants based" skincare. This means the Herbal Face Food(TM) products do not include any preservative within. 

Herbal Face Food(TM) products will last for 1 year or more unrefrigerated and indefinitely if refrigerated after it is made (All-in-one Herbal Face Cleansing Lotion will last for 6 month unrefrigerated and indefinitely if refrigerated after it is made). 

However, since Herbal Face Food(TM) products are not popular in Japan YET, we might have to dispose the inventory if we import because the products are 100% plants base.

Also, to buy the Herbal Face Food(TM) products through us will help you to pay less shipping too even if you are paying the handling cost to us. 

Private import helps to deliver and for you to have the most fresh products at the time.

We do not take responsibility for the authenticity of products you import because we only HELP you to buy products. It is buyer's responsibility and risk.

However, we will help you and contact them to refund and/or exchange if you contact us within A DAY that you received the package. 

We will need the pictures below for you to receive the compensation.

*Few pictures of package with the label and the part you can tell it is leaking(if it has the part).

*Few pictures of product(s) that is broken/leaking(it has to be obvious that that is broken/leaking).

We will not accept refund/exchange for any reason if you don't contact us within a day after you receive the package so please be careful.

Private import is only for private use. So that the shipping address has to be your house, but not your office. You can not  sell and hand over the products you buy with private import. You can buy 24 pcs total at one time but please make sure that all the products are only for private use.

We accept cancelation only before you complete your payment. Also we will not accept refund/exchange if the products are NOT broken/leaking.

To import skincare is custom-free. However you might be  taxed consumption tax if your 60% of your purchase exceeds ¥10,000. 

ex)

Total purchase: ¥17,000

¥17,000×60%=¥10,200

In this case the consumption tax is ¥1,020(10%) and the handling will be ¥200 for customs.

This tax will be your responsibility, not ours.
